ADDAZERO is a licensed CA General Contracting and development firm specializing in custom luxury single family homes and multifamily apartment buildings. Over 20+ years, we have honed expertise, knowledge, and a commitment to excellence while building a deep team of sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and finance professionals. This allows us to successfully manage a variety of project types from ground-up luxury single-family and mid-rise apartment building development to historic restoration, project entitlement, and management.

We have grown from a single value-add syndicated acquisition to a construction and development company with a well known and proven track record built over 20 years. ADDAZERO has built a reputation on its straightforward style, reliability of execution, and deep relationships within the industry.
Since 1997, ADDAZERO has purchased, built, renovated, managed, and sold over 1,000 units (35 properties). We have created, restored, and revealed beautiful homes and spaces throughout our history and have consistently providing outsized returns to investors.
what’s in a name?
The name ADDAZERO (ADD A ZERO) is aspirational - we aspire to add value to every project and every relationship - but it is also is a nod to the iconic designers Charles and Ray Eames and their 1977 film Powers of Ten. The Eames were prolific and groundbreaking across design, furniture, architecture, art, and film, and seemed to never stop asking the question, “What is possible?”. We take inspiration from the intense curiosity they gave to each project and to their client-focused approach
